HOW TO PLACE A DEPOSIT FOR ONE OF OUR PUPPIES

The website is usually up-to-date but we do advise you to email us first to make sure a puppy spot it still available. You can do that on our Contact Us page.

Terms and Conditions

*By checking this box you are stating that you agree that this is a non-refundable $400 deposit. ($30 is the PayPal fee also incurred and not refundable). The remaining balance (plus tax, Full Registration fee and or shipping fees if required) will be paid upon the puppy being picked up or shipped to the new owner. If the new owner decides that he/she does not want the puppy for whatever reason, the Breeder will keep the deposit.

*By checking this box you agree that nature is sometimes hard to predict and work with. All our breeding dogs are very similar so if a puppy is not produced in a desired litter for you a similar one will be in an upcoming litter. By placing a deposit, you are also stating that you have done your research and are commitment to us as your chosen breeder. This commitment means you have chosen us as your breeder, and you are willing to wait for “Mother Nature's Timing” for your puppy.

*By checking this box you agree that the return of deposits due to puppy availability not meeting your timing, or finding another breeder with a puppy available after your commitment to us is NOT a reason to request return of monies. Due to nature and unforeseen circumstances sometimes what we think will happen does not, our dogs are not machines producing puppies whenever we wish. Here at Rozey’s K9 Farm the health and well being of our breeding dogs comes before our waiting list.

*We will contact those on the deposit list when puppies are born. We allow puppies to be seen and selected when puppies are 4 weeks old or after. We will contact those on the deposit list is chronological order of money paid. We ask you list all potential sex and colors you may be interested in above in order of preference. We will contact you through email first then a phone call if after 48 hours we do not hear from you we will move down the list. We ask you give us current contact info and update us with changes. *We give up to 7 days after the puppies are ready to go home to be picked up. If you are not able to pick up in this time frame a boarding fee of $15 per day will be charged. The puppy will be kept up to date on its health care until it is picked up. By checking this box you agree to these terms.
